Microsoft issued notice in public against KK Software Solutions

Software giant Microsoft has initiated a tough stance against channel partners allegedly involved in counterfeiting of software and illegal activities. Microsoft has issued a notice in public at large that “M/s K.K. Software Solutions., and/or its managing director Kamlesh Kumar Jha are not associated/affiliated/sponsored by Microsoft Corporation India, in any manner, whatsoever and therefore are not authorized to sell Microsoft products or services, in any manner”.

Software giant Microsoft has initiated a tough stance against channel partners allegedly involved in counterfeiting of software and illegal activities. Microsoft has issued a notice in public at large that “M/s K.K. Software Solutions., and/or its managing director Kamlesh Kumar Jha are not associated/affiliated/sponsored by Microsoft Corporation India, in any manner, whatsoever and therefore are not authorized to sell Microsoft products or services, in any manner”.

“Microsoft Corporation India cannot certify the genuineness of the products being sold by M/s K.K. Software Solutions and/or any person associated with such entity. We further inform the public at large that the civil and criminal case, against the above named entity and its managing director, in respect of selling counterfeit Microsoft products, is sub-judice”.

KK Software Solutions is an old partner organization owned by Kamlesh Kumar Jha. They are engaged with various software companies through a distribution / partner model and as per their website, the company also works with vendors (mainly anti virus / security companies) like McAfee, Symantec, and Kaspersky.
