Microsoft has signed up SES Technologies as a distributor for its hardware products. SES Technologies has a network of over 3,500 partners which will be leveraged for retailing Microsoft hardware products - primarily keyboards and mice.
Besides these, Microsoft has appointed eight aggregator partners, including Advanced Management in Kolkata, Trifin Technologies in New Delhi and Sri Durga Computech in Bangalore. According to the company, these aggregator partners will ensure a consistent supply of Microsoft products in the hardware sector to the entire channel segment.
Commenting on the new distribution partner, Microsoft India Home and Entertainment Division Manager, Mohit Anand says, "Our partners represent our biggest asset today and we are constantly thinking of new ways to make this relationship stronger. Through a focused distribution model we aim to develop a more prominent point of sales presence. Our partnership with SES Technologies is a significant step in this direction."
