Proteam Computer Corporation, popularly known by its Mora brand, has tied up
with ATI to launch a series of ATI-powered Mora motherboards and graphic cards
in India. What makes this offer a unique one is the warranty period that goes
with it. The Pro-series ATI motherboards will have five-year warranty and the
VGA cards will have three-year warranty.

The company expects this association to fetch sales of Rs 20 crore in the
next two years. "We have an established distribution channel through which
we are already selling about 10,000 motherboards per month. With ATI-based
motherboards, we are targeting the higher end of the market and will look at
selling around 40,000 motherboards per month by Q4, 2005," said Sanjay
Kumar, National Channel Manager, Mora.

To achieve this figure, the company would conduct several promotions, demos
and dealer get-togethers in the coming months. The product is targeted at gaming
enthusiasts from the north region of the country. Initially, Mora will introduce
motherboards based on ATI RC350 Chipset and RS480 ATI Xpress 200 for AMD (754
Pin) motherboard. It will also introduce VGA cards based on 9250 and X300 SE.

Central & Emerging markets, ATI

Technologies.

ATI is a leading graphics processor company. It has introduced high-quality
inexpensive powerful boards for even customers on a stricter budget to enjoy.
