Team Computers has proved it again that to become a successful SP, a company
need to focus on all the factors that are important to make the customers as
well as the employees contented with the organization. It has smartly followed
some well-laid strategies that are directed towards this objective and has
already designed the goals for the coming year so that it always stand as a
front runner in the market. The company clocked the turnover of Rs 175 crore in
the year 2006-07, marking a hike from the previous years' stand at Rs 135 crore.

retention technology, Team designed application called 'HR in a box' that uses
an engine to convert business rules into applications with extensive coding to
suit the HR practices of customers.

Team has been enjoying a good market position across the country, and a
major portion of the revenue has been coming from North India followed by the
western region. As part of its upcoming strategies, the preference has been set
for polishing its services, especially in the circumference of application
support and remote support. The saga of this company's success is incomplete
