Neoteric rolls out Astra 4800 scanner

Neoteric Infomatique has launched the Umax Astra 4800 flatbed
USB 2.0 scanner. The machine reduces image preview to three seconds, enabling
multiple documents and pictures to be processed in just one session. This
silver-bluish colored scanner offers four convenient one-push function buttons
innovation which allows users to copy, email, scan and save. 

Astra 4800 has an optical resolution of 1200x2400dpi and
48-bit color capability. It is bundled with software like MGI PhotoSuite III SE,
ABBYY FineReader Sprint, PaperCom Document Manager, Acrobat Reader. It is priced
at Rs 8,750.
