NetPro Technologies appointed national distributor of ProClarity

Pune's NetPro Technologies has been appointed as the national distributor of ProClarity Corporation for its business intelligence software products. The company is also expanding operations by opening a liaison office in Germany and has developed `Tentacle´, a contact life cycle management solution for call centers.

KR Venkataraman, Director (Marketing), NetPro said that the company would be marketing the desktop versions and server editions of the business intelligence tools developed by
ProClarity.

"We are in the process of appointing channel partners in India. We are opening an office in Munich. We have received an order from a German company and wish to build on business in Europe," he added.

Giving details on ProClarity, he said that ProClarity 5.0 product family has just been released providing enterprise class analytic solutions. The new products that are part of the release 5 are ProClarity Selector- that allows the creation of advanced dynamic sets and measures for analysis. The Business Reporter for Excel is an Excel add-on which provides high quality formatted business reports. The ProClarity Selector provides an efficient method for building custom, complex sets for analyzing business data.

On Tentacle, Venkataraman said that the product which would be released soon, provides a high level functionality to accurately manage each stage in the contact life cycle ­ new business, service and retention, while improving the productivity agents and enhancing the decision-making power of business managers. Built on a Microsoft .Net platform, Tentacle is ideal for insurance and financial services companies looking to tap the potential retail markets.

In addition, Altiris Inc, a company dealing in systems management solutions that reduce the total cost of owning information technology, has signed NetPro Technologies as its business partner, to provide complete life cycle management solutions in India. 

NetPro has setup a US liaison office to handle international tie-ups for NetPro's advantage marketing program and its offshore development activities.
