Bengaluru: Bengaluru-based NetRack Enclosures plans to boost its growth, by increasing its presence across India. The company has offices in all the four metros and Pune. According to Ravi Raj, MD, NetRack, the company witnessed 100 percent growth this year, despite the economic meltdown and hopes to maintain the growth momentum next year. He attributed the growth to the after sales support, which Raj claimed is one of the company’s strength.

Raj aims at establishing NetRack as a Rs 100 crore company in five years. In line with the plan, a unit has been started at Peenya Industrial Estate, Karnataka. This stupendous growth seems to have given the company a vision for expansion. The company also has plans in place to expand across the globe, after gaining a stronghold in Indian market, by strengthening its network and adding more partners. However, the company seems to be cautious in roping in new partners.

Raj remarked, “We want to be selective in adding partners. We want our partners to work closely with us and share our vision. Adding too many just for the sake of it, would distort the profitability and will be a deviation from goal.We want to be a socially responsible company. ‘Go Green’ is our mantra. We do our contribution by using less hazardous materials like lead, chromium. We keep exploring different ways to be an environmental-friendly company."

To get closer to partners, the company plans to have one regional manager for each region, who will be working closely with the partners in the specific region. It already has appointed a few.

“Having a company’s person close to them will boost the confidence of the partner and we will be in a better position to understand the needs of the end-customer,” Raj noted.
