Nokia debuts 9300 smartphone

Nokia has made available the 9300 smartphone. This tri-mode world phone

supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks. Featuring five party conference calling via an

integrated speakerphone and a possibility to utilize multiple e-mail clients,

the 9300 also integrates infrared and data Bluetooth capabilities.The phone

features eight dedicated function buttons on the device's integrated keyboard

and a five-way joystick. It has 80 MB (expandable up to 2 GB with an optional

MMC card) of free

user memory.The smartphone also features an organizer (calendar, contacts,

tasks) and email with PC synchronization via Nokia PC Suite software, high-speed

data connectivity with EGPRS (EDGE) and mobile Internet connectivity, Internet

browser- HTML 4.01/x HTML and Pop-Port interface for mobile enhancement

connectivity. The phone is priced at approximately Rs 37,299.
