Panasonic unleashes X300 camera phone

Panasonic India launched its new camera phone, X300, targeted at high-end
consumers. The mobile has a camera with pop-up LCD display screen with 128x128
pixel resolution and 4X digital zoom. It is capable of displaying 65,536 colors.

The X300 is enabled with a photo editor with a frame feature that aids in
creating borders for the pictures. The integrated VGA camera allows recording of
video clips via a viewfinder.

The
phone is enabled with GPRS, MMS and Tri-band and has 40 polyphonic ringtones. It
provides a talk time of three to 11 hours and a standby time of 77 to 260 hours.
Available in silver color, X300 is priced at Rs 14,325.
