Jitendra Somani - We offer Pocket HRMS, which is a truly next-gen cloud-based HRMS solution, offering comprehensive features like Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Performance, Exit and F&F to complement the daily work of the modern HR department. Our HRMS platform streamlines common HR processes by introducing revolutionary features like Automated Chat Bot, Interactive Dashboards, Intuitive Mobility, Customisable Modules and more to make Indian HR ready for the future. We have partnered with Microsoft Azure’s industry-leading cloud infrastructure to provide our users with robust software that stays with you around the clock.
Our software carries a legacy of 20+ years, serving customers from startups to mid-size businesses to large enterprises across the country, with solutions deployed in various verticals. Hence, we are proud to share that our attempts to usher in a modern revolution in the HR domain through technological innovations were rewarded by being chosen as the ‘Best HRMS Software’ in the 29th edition of the World HRD Congress (WHRDC) held in 2021. Previously, we also received the ‘Best HRMS Software’ at the 15th edition of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards held in 2019. Various HR-related publications have also recognized us for providing innovative digital solutions through Pocket HRMS modules that make the daily life of HR easier.
Your growth in your region in the last year or so
Jitendra Somani - With the increasing awareness about artificial intelligence, more businesses are opening to an AI-based HRMS for automating their HR processes. Additionally, deploying a Cloud-based HRMS is feasible even for startups. Hence, Pocket HRMS has been growing steadily year on year, roughly at around 70%. Our excellent track record is proof of the sheer number of businesses who trust us to be of assistance anytime they require it. We are constantly adding state-of-the-art features and pioneering modules to our HRMS to ensure that their confidence in us remains resolute and perseveres through the years.
Our growth is also reflected in the growing number of team members. We recently shared the news of a new branch opening in Mumbai to welcome around 150 new employees within the next 2 years. We are incredibly thankful to our loyal users for trusting us with their HR processes and motivating us to improve our software with honest feedback.

Jitendra Somani - Pocket HRMS has a strong presence across India. We have offices in all major metro cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata. As a part of our expansion, we are also establishing more offices in major cities like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Indore to enhance our reach further and ensure that HRs all over India experience this fantastic software for themselves.
As a part of supporting the Human Resources sector of India, we are partnering with similar businesses to expand our network further. Through these partners, we wish to strengthen our network and expand our services throughout the country. The increase in clientele and revenue will help us further develop our beloved HRMS to be the best all-in-one solution for HR departments all over India.
