Philips debuts 30-inch LCD monitor

Philips India launched a 30" LCD monitor-300WN5. It is
network-controlled for remote management to automatically adjust brightness with
ambient conditions and generate an alert when the monitor overheats. It utilizes
energy-efficient technologies to reduce power consumption and thus lowers the
cost of ownership and features picture in picture (PIP). The model is also High
Definition Television ready.

The
300WN5 LCD monitor also features WXGA 1280X 768 resolution, easy plug and play
DVI and comes with a three-year warranty. It is priced at Rs 2,25,000 and is
available with Philips Star partners.
