Philips India has launched a special year-end offer -- Philips 2004 DhanVarsha -- for its resellers and system integrators -- across the country. Top 50 partners who qualify certain conditions of the scheme, will get a two nights and three days trip to Bangkok, in the second half of January 2004.
Channel members will have to buy 75 Philips monitors (in certain mix) from Philips authorized distributors (Compuage Infocom and Priya) between 5th November and 25th December 2003. The DhanVarsha mix should have a minimum of Ten 105S Ivory 15" CRT and/or 105S Black 15" CRT; three 107E Ivory 17" CRT and/or 107E Black 17" CRT; one 107S Ivory 17" Real Flat or 107C Black 17" Real Flat or LF3 109S 19" CRT or 201B/202P CRT; and one Philips LCD. On achieving the DhanVarsha mix, channel partners can enter the Philips 2004 DhanVarsha. However, the award for this scheme cannot be redeemed in cash.
Partners are not required to submit any claim of the scheme. Philips will inform all the top achievers through its distributor or directly through IT reseller media by 1st week of January.
The vendor reserves the right to qualify the top achievers depending on the market potential from all major cities," says Sanjay Maheshwari, Manager Distribution, Philip India.
Meanwhile, the company has warned that the scheme is a special incentive for channel partners and should not use it as a tool for discounting. Any channel partner found discounting the scheme would be disqualified.
The company also informs that it makes all efforts to make the products available. However, non-achievement of target due to non-availability of any model will not be valid reason.
