Plantronics launches headset system

Plantronics has launched the CS60 Micro-a wireless headset system designed
specially for closed offices. CS60 Micro offers users wireless hands-free
convenience with their landline phones.

The headset system features an omni-directional microphone designed for
closed offices or quiet environments. Targeted at the senior management in
enterprises, the CS60 Micro allows for a range of up to 100 meters and features
a talk time of up to nine hours.

The wireless headset system can be converted into four styles: over the ear,
a behind the neck design and two over the head styles. Users can take calls on
their CS60 Micro when they are away from the desk by using the optional handset
lifter.

The
IntelliStand feature senses when the headset has been removed from the base,
automatically lifting the handset and directing a call into the headset. These
wireless headsets (weight: 23.5g) use digital encryption to provide secure communications.
The product is priced at Rs 12,000 approximately.
