Power Tree UPS launched in India

US company Power Tree has launched its line interactive/online and rack-mount series of UPSs in India through its
Kolkata-based partner Infoquest. Power Tree has a presence in 22 countries. The line interactive series of Power Tree
includes different models like S600B, S600E and S1200P with standard back-up features. They come with 480
watt of 600VA (S600B and E) models with the power factor of 0.8. The range also has S600L and S1200L models with longer back-up for use in areas where
there are regular power cuts.

The online series is widely used in banking, medical and government segments in Myanmar, Maldives and Singapore. It
includes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15 and 30 KVA with customized versions available on request. Models in rackmount UPS
include RM1000S, RM2000S and RM3000S.

All Power Tree UPS carry a standard warranty of three years. These UPS come with suitable input voltage range of 200Vac
+/- 25% (+/-5% adjustable), i.e. 140-270, which are suited for Indian power conditions.
The S600E model has the same features as the S600B model but comes with RUPS 2000 Auto Shutdown software which supports Netware, Windows XP/9X/NT/2000,
Unix, Linux and SUN OS and costs Rs 5,500.

S600B and S1200P are priced at Rs 4,500 and Rs 14,500 respectively, exclusive of local taxes.
