Princo Launches: CD-R discs

Princo Corporation has launched CD-R and CD-RW discs. These discs are
compatible with all makes of CD-ROMs and CD-writers. They can store various
formats of data such as computer-data, CD-audio, Video-CD and MP3. Princo CD-R
discs feature a dye recording layer which provides a long archival life.

A silver reflective layer is used to ensure stable read-back at high speeds.
Under ideal storage conditions, a Princo CD-R´s life is approximately 20 years,
whereas CD-RW´s life is 1000 "writes". The two kinds of Princo CDs
are: CD-R 700 Mb, 24x/48x, 80 minutes and CD-RW 650 Mb, 4x/10x. These CDs are
available in jewel-case box of 10, spindle of 10, spindle of 25, spindle of 50,
spindle of 100 and gelatin cake of 100.
