Ramco Systems tumbled down by seven rungs to settle at #40 from last year's #33. The company registered agency revenues of Rs 47 crore for 2002-03, which is a drop of 24% compared to the previous year.  This downfall notwithstanding, Ramco consolidated its revenue in network infrastructure, implementation, management and security, which accounted for Rs 61 crore.  

Last year, Ramco Systems also made substantial investments in perfecting Ramco VirtualWorks, its flagship product. This model-based development and delivery platform enabled it to assemble personalized applications and address enterprise business practices. Last year, it implemented solutions using the platform on several prestigious customers including Boeing, Swatch Group, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Tirumala Tirupati
Devasthanam. 

The company also launched Ramco Business Decisions, a corporate performance management solution.
