Rashi gets award from Sony and HP

Rashi Peripherals added two more feathers in its cap by receiving awards from
HP and Sony.

Hewlett Packard awarded Rashi Peripherals as the "PSG - base business
distributor sultan of the year 2006" at a recently held function at
Instanbul, Turkey. This is Rashi's second award in a row from HP. Rashi was
also awarded as the "Best distributor" in March 2006 by HP. The award
was presented by Sameer Mathur, SPO Head, PSG, Hewlett Packard - India.

Speaking on the occasion Rohit Aggarwal — Business Manager at Rashi
Peripherals said, "We tied up with HP in Feb 2005 to provide HP's
comprehensive range of business notebooks to various SMB's and large corporate
through our extensive network in India. In a very short span of time we have
managed to get recognized for our work from HP."

He further added "We are happy that HP has acknowledged our efforts and
we hope that we continue to work together and strengthen our partnership
further."

From Sony the company received the "Overall best achiever" award.
This is the third consecutive award from Sony. Sony has already awarded Rashi
with the "Excellent CD writer aales awards" in 2004 and
"Excellent performance award" in 2005.

Award from Sony was presented by Tatsuya Ode the Division MD - ADMS
(Application & Devices Marketing SONY) a division company of SONY Singapore.

Receiving the award Suresh Pansari, MD, Rashi Peripherals said, “We have
been working very closely with Sony and our channel partners to make sure that
our partners association with Sony is mutually benefited. We have been
organizing various promotional activities time and again for Sony. This year we
had organized “Sony per Sona” program, at present we are running “Sony
Bintan Battalion 2006” promotion”.

Rashi Peripherals undertakes various innovative promotional and marketing
activities every now and then. Last year Rashi had organized Channel Business
Forum (CBF) 2005 wherein they covered 39 cities all across India. This year
Rashi has started with Digital Vision (DVB) 2006 & Beyond — The Biggest IT
event of the year which carries the message of digital convergence happening at
our Home, Office and Gaming Industry. So far DVB has covered 23 cities and the
response has been phenomenal.
