Samsung introduces digicams and LCD monitors

Samsung India Electronics has launched three new mini DV models - VPD-23, VPD-33 and VPD-26, and two TFT LCD flat panel monitors - the Syncmaster 403T and the Syncmaster 191T.

The VPD-23 and VPD-33 have a 2.5" LCD screen, while the VPD-26 model comes with a 3.5" LCD screen for a larger view of images. The Easy Q feature in the mini DVs gives uniformity in shots under any condition and the MPEG 4 video clip recording allows the user to make short movie clips by storing them on a memory stick. 

The other features include a built-in digicam, 800K Pixel CCD for high-resolution video images, digital image stabilizer and digital special effect. The Slow Shutter/Night capture/Power Night Capture feature enables the user to shoot bright images even in dark conditions. 

The VPD-23 is priced at Rs 39,990, the VPD-33 model at Rs 49,990 and the VPD-26 model at Rs 59,990.

The Syncmaster 403T LCD monitor has a vast screen size and can be expanded to be used with various multimedia devices.

It has a high control ratio of 600:1, features a picture-in-picture and pivot function.

The Syncmaster 191T features 1280x1024 maximum resolution, dual digital/analog inputs and an ultra-thin 0.7-inch bezel. It has very low electro-magnetic emissions and has a contrast ratio of 500:1. The product comes with a 3-year warranty for parts, labor and backlight. 

The Syncmaster 403T is priced at Rs 4,50,000 and Syncmaster 191T is available at Rs 80,000.
