Samsung India is organizing a nine-day free service camp for all its consumer electronics, home appliance, color monitors, laser beam printers and telecom products. The camp would be help between May 28, 2005 and June 5, 2005.
A consumer can just walk-in with his product to any of the Samsung Service Plazas or authorized service centers and get his products serviced. He can also register a service call for onsite service on the toll-free helpline number 30308282 or 1600110011 for
BSNL/MTNL subscribers between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Service calls can be registered online at
support.india@samsung.com as well.
For products that are given onsite service, the company is offering free pick up and drop within the municipal limits of the service center location. The special service offers that are being extended during the free service camp include no labor charges to be levied for servicing the product; minimum discount of 20% would be provided on all spare parts, accessories and 10% on purchase of
AMC. It also included free consultation with service specialists on regular maintenance and upkeep of the product, attractive gifts for walk-in customers at the Service Plaza's and a stand-by unit to be provided in case a product has to be held back for servicing.
Samsung India currently has a series of seven company owned Customer Service Plazas located in the metros. It is in the process of setting up 12 more such plazas all over the country.
