SAP India has announced that it will appoint industry-specific channel partners for the SMB segment who will distribute its
mySAP all-in-one solutions. These partners will also deliver rapid implementation of these
solutions and provide support to SMBs.
These partners include Mahindra Consulting, which will offer customized
solutions for automotive suppliers industry; Ygyan sConsulting, offering solutions for trading and wholesale distribution industry; and Oak Brook
Technologies will offer solutions for engineering, construction, pharmaceuticals and textile industries.
"By carefully selecting channel partners who share our commitment to SMBs
and offer vertical industry expertise, SAP can deliver long-term customer relationships," remarks Alan Sedghi, President and MD, SAP Indian
Sub-Continent. He adds that the company will also announce similar partnerships for its mySAP all-in-one solutions targeted at other
verticals, in next few months.
The mySAP all-in-one is a prepackaged, industry -specific solution with
built-in content, tools and methodologies for a cost-effective, turnkey deployment. It has been designed to address the specific needs of the SMB
segment -- smaller user base and pricing.
These solutions can be deployed for as few as ten users. The company will
also offer financing assistance to customers in conjunction with its partners.
