SAP announced it has for the first time been placed by Gartner Inc. as a leader in the 2019 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation. Gartner defines sales force automation (SFA) as “systems that support the automation of sales activities, processes and administrative responsibilities for organizations’ sales professionals.”
According to the report, SAP was positioned in the Leaders quadrant based on its ability to execute and for completeness of vision.

SAP was also named a leader in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management and a leader in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price, and Quote Application Suites.
