Satyam enters into alliance with SSA Global

SSA Global, a provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, has entered into an alliance with Satyam Computer Services that covers the Indian continent. Satyam's consulting and enterprise solutions unit will now supply solutions based on SSA's strategic solutions products. 

This alliance covers products under the supply chain management division, particularly -Transportation Management Solutions (TMS) and Warehouse Management Solutions
(WMS). The SSA Logistics and TMS provide supply chain visibility, global trade management, and a more holistic transportation management solution. The WMS provides end-to-end fulfillment functionality, from order inception to order shipment and is designed for both traditional and high-volume, complex fulfillment operations. 

According to SSA Global India Country Head, Gopal Madnani, "We believe India is ready to extend its enterprise IT investments to the supply chain area. Partnering with Satyam ensures that our customers get the benefit of skilled consulting services to fully tap the benefits of SSA Global's best in class software."
