SCM intros Chipdrive time recording solution

SCM Microsystems Inc, a provider of solutions for the digital world, now offers a new version of its Chipdrive Time Recording solution for recording and administering working hours. The Chipdrive Time Recording 4.0 includes multiple smart cards, which acts as a forgery-proof employee time cards; a mobile smart card reader that serves as a time clock; and software that records and analyzes employee attendance and other data, including hours logged, status of vacation days and work absences.

Pricing for the starter-kit is €469.95 and it can start recording time data for up to 25 employees — the mobile 'time clock' smart card reader, software and user smart cards. The system can be extended up to 150 employees.
