Women still have plenty of barriers to break down, but certainly more women are needed in leadership roles to help them do it. Women have to work harder to get ahead, Stereotypes exist and women need to break that. .

Born and brought up in the capital of India. Blessed with two kids-a 14 year
old daughter and a 8 year boy and an always supportive husband who runs his own
business.
Working in Male-dominated field of IT
The comfortable working environment never makes me realize that it's a male
dominated industry. Although various facilities like CCTV monitoring,
flexible timing and home droping facilities empowered me to work
comfortably. A strong communication is also one of the biggest factor that
enables me to work efficiently and effectively
Does a Glass ceiling exist?
There are lot of achievements by women in the corporate world so I don't think it still exists. .

Advice to working women
I believe we live in a time when you can, if you so desire, build something
huge and amazing as a female entrepreneur. Dream big and do what you said you would. Success is ultimately not about gender. Some of the best principles of finding success will apply to both men and women.
