his personal and professional frontiers perfectly

 

7:30 AM Panja's day usually begins with a hot cup of cappuccino, while scanning the newspaper. His favorite is the sports section

 

11:00 AM His hectic schedule in office starts with discussing operational and sales issues with VP and senior executives. Once a week, he holds a board meeting taking key decisions in the best democratic way possible	7:00 PM Returning from office, Panja likes spending quality time with his wife, a renowned regional television actress and a TV anchor

 

8:00 AM A strong believer of the age-old dictum 'health is wealth', Panja never misses his workout routine on the gym equipment he has set up in his house Â	1:30 PM Being the MD of the group's entire operational division, Panja does a daily inspection of the office discussing with employees the key issues and resolving them. Also, he delegates responsibilities and duties to the deserving personnel

 

8:00 PM Being a movie buff, he has a huge collection of Hollywood movies stacked on the shelves of his drawing room. Every night, he watches at least one movie; Charlie Chaplin and James Bond being his all time favorites	9:00 AM Panja checks his mail while spending some time with his two-year old niece, Khushi. Skipping breakfast often at home, Panja prefers to have it with colleagues over an informal chitchat session

 

4:30 PM Panja considers a daily visit to the accounts and the HR department as very crucial. He ensures that all his employees are happy and satisfied and that there are no unresolved issues Â	11:30 PM After dinner, the entire family spend some light moments together, discussing personal matters and their experiences during the day
