Its 60% of revenue in Managed Services has come from Big Pharma Companies while engineering AND manufacturing and IT & IS contributes about 20%. Currently, the company's key focus area is Gujarat market and 90% of its revenue is generated from this market.

According to the SI, the channel market is not so optimistic about managed security business. Managed Security business would require lot of time in convincing power to convenience the CIO to go in for Managed Security Business. Today the channel is purely looking in for trading of products. So there is still a long way for smaller players to evolve.

Rubik Infotech will be focussing on IT & IS in the coming fiscal, as they think the industry would grow 20% in the year 2014. The company had managed to carve out a niche for itself in the market and to support its implementations, has established technology partnerships in the area of enterprise management with domain leaders like McAfee, Sonicwall, IBM, HP, Checkpoint, Pointsec, ISS and more.

For the company, the technologies in the Managed Security Services space that created impact in 2013 were Encryption and Data Leakages. The system integrator has seen maximum opportunities emerging in network security and managed services segments in the last year.

Unlike most security partners focusing on antivirus and firewalls, Esteem Infotech decided to concentrate on upcoming tech trends around encryption, data leakage, application control and securing BYOD. With the banking licenses opening up for private players and insurance industry also growing, going ahead the focus would remain on BFSI again along with manufacturing.
