With the objective of creating an interactive platform for Sony, and its
prominent dealers in New Delhi, The Park Group organized a 'Sony dealer meet'
where partners put forth their issues of concern. “As a sub-distributor of Sony,
we keep interacting with the vendor but resellers never get a chance to meet
them owing to their busy schedules. This meet provided a platform for dealers
and vendors to meet in person, and raise any issue they might have,” remarked
Ajaya Kumar, CMD, Park Group.
Raising the issue of winning customer satisfaction on the price point,
channel partners said that Sony should offer the products to resellers at dealer
price. Currently it is being offered at street price because of which partners
are unable to negotiate with the customers on giving discount.
