Sony launches Cyber-shot F828 digital still camera

Sony India has introduced the Cyber-shot F828 to its range of digital still cameras. This product has been designed with the serious photographer in mind and brings together a combination of technologies to ensure good picture quality, imaging handling and shooting speed.

The camera features four-color filter CCD, Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T, 8 mega-pixel resolutions, a high data transfer rate of the Memory Stick PRO and the real imaging processor. The company claims that the F828 has superb color accuracy and the ability to maintain fine tonal graduations, which brings the color reproduction closer to the visual characteristics of the human eye.

The camera has a resolution of eight million effective pixels, capable of a maximum recording size of 3,264 x 2,448 pixels. The real imaging processor, Sony´s latest digital signal processor offers more precise and better picture quality results, higher operation speed and 30% lower power consumption. The Cyber-shot F828 is also capable of connecting directly to a printer via a USB 2.0 interface for printing without the need for a PC.
