Could you please elaborate on your work and educational background.

I lead and manage the implementation of projects on “ONGO” Framework and create long and short term goals for the company. I oversee and assess the risks and monitor them while effectively controlling them internally. Bringing the best out of my employees, I tackle multiple dimensions of the app development process and ensure an efficient outcome.

The major focus lies in employing digital disruptive technologies in enterprise mobility and digitisation of businesses. We aim to derive exceptional IT strategies to increase productivity and accelerate the growth of the business.

I have obtained a Master’s degree in  Information Systems from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Your professional journey so far

I established ONGO Framework in May 2011 and have over a decade of experience in automation of app development and enterprise mobility. Before ONGO Framework, I have been the Founder & CEO of “Creative Xperts” (parent company of ONGO Framework). Earlier, I was a Senior Engineer at Motorola, MindTree and Erada Inc.

Combining the knowledge of compiler development from Erada, automation from MindTree and large scale enterprises ERP, Rama designed a robust ecosystem for ONGO Framework.

Did you have to face any hardships?

I had enjoyed the journey and did not find hardships in my journey.

What was the biggest challenge in setting up the business?

The long haul journey of building ONGO Framework between 2011 to 2015. According to me, “Even before the onset, we’ve realised that it’s going to be 80 sprints which would almost take us 4 to 5 years. To continuously keep determination and commitment towards building something robust was indeed challenging.”

Tell us about your personal life's experiences.

The closest friends that I have today are my school friends. As we stay connected actively, all the wives are friends today. All of us enjoy our moments and that’s where the fun part of life comes in. The relationship still continues and we enjoy this harmony.
