"Sun’s rank as part of the top ten BIDW leaders is a result of the
many companies who widely choose Sun’s spectrum of programs, partners and
products," said Jean Schauer, Editor in Chief of DM Review. "We
congratulate Sun on the great momentum they’ve had with DM Review readers and
companies that design and develop business intelligence, data warehousing,
analytic and CRM applications."

The 2002 DM Review 100 is an annual readership survey that consists of
companies identified by the readers of DM Review.

It consists of the 100 vendors that received the highest total score based on
three equally weighted metrics: product quality, market share and customer
satisfaction. Based on the results of this year’s survey, conducted by The
Gantry Group, LLC, DM Review presents these industry-leading companies.
