system files, programs, settings, documents and other important data.

According to the company, with Norton Ghost 9.0, users can now create backup images without restarting their computer or exiting Windows through the
product's imaging technology. Imaging takes place in the background without interruption,
allowing users to continue work on their system as the backup takes place.

Norton Ghost 9.0 also allows users to schedule automatic backups by the day or hour. It also features point-in-time rollback, allowing users to
choose a specific backup operation and to restore their computer to the exact state it was in at the time of that backup.

Norton Ghost 9.0 is also backward compatible with PowerQuest Drive Image 7.0, allowing users to access and restore images created with the
product.

estimated retail price of $49.95 through a $20 mail in rebate.
