Taiwan security market lures Trend Micro and McAfee

The Taiwan market security market is getting hot. After
Microsoft entered the security market in Taiwan, Trend Micro launched the first
anti-spy software in order to compete with Microsoft. On the other hand, since
McAfee's personal anti-virus products had maintained a low profile, McAfee
also returns to Taiwan security market in the first half year of this year.
McAfee Taiwan branch office mentioned that McAfee already has the most updated
personal anti-virus products and firewall in Chinese versions. The sales channel
is mainly on Internet and McAfee also looks forward to appointing new sales
agents. In terms of industrial market, McAfee has Ring Lin and Alliance Tech as
agents for hardware products including firewall and gateway.
