Set in Poovar island resorts, which is an "ideal remote getaway location for a quiet holiday in spectacular natural surroundings" with serene, languid backwaters, the swinging coconut trees and lush green vegetation, this event will be a perfect fit to enjoy and gain at the same time.

Unlike last year's generic theme on our SP Summit, this year we have taken a leap ahead and tried to garner real value for solution providers all over India. This year we will provide a platform for our partners to have real brainer sessions and take aways from the theme which everybody is talking about: Cloud.

In the ninth edition of the conference, SP Summit is On 'Cloud 9: Redefining IT Infrastructure.' This three-day event offer partners a wide scope of networking among the key industry personnel besides regular sessions to enhance your knowledge base and open new business avenues.

The Conference

To quote Mark Andresson, board member of Facebook, " Every kid coming out of Harvard, every kid coming out of school now thinks he can be the next Mark Zuckerberg, and with these new technologies like cloud computing, he actually has a shot."

The onset of cloud has thrown wide opportunity for everybody, so why should solution providers stay behind. Let us divulge into the details on how this event will make the understanding on cloud one notch higher.

Raise Your Bar

There are several myths that a partner will bust in our conference. Myths like Cloud is a technology being deployed by all vendors; reduces capex but increases opex; it is complicated and fit for large enterprises; can be deployed only by large technology vendors or service providers; security is compromised on the cloud; no role for small UPS or networking or printer vendors and the most important--systems integrators will lose their traditional model of billing and business in the cloud ecosystems.

While there are some of the myths surrounding clouds look out for the next edition when the myths are demystified
