Targus appoints TechPac as its India distributor

Targus Asia Pacific has announced the appointment of Tech Pacific (India) Ltd as its only authorized distributor of Targus products in India. Peter Rossdeutscher, MD (South Asia), Targus, said, "Tech Pacific has the strongest nation-wide reach and is the leader in local service, whilst Targus is the global leader in essential mobile accessories, so this partnership will be excellent for IT users throughout India. We are excited to have appointed Tech Pacific as the only distributor of Targus products in India."

Established in 1982, Targus pioneered the carrying case for laptops. It was the first company to introduce lifetime warranty for carrying cases. In recent years, Targus has introduced a range of innovative accessories. 

These include the Stowaway keyboard for PDAs, auto/air adapter to provide continuous power to notebooks in the car and airplanes and the recently introduced biometrics fingerprint authenticator called Defcon Authenticator.
