The Sunnyvale, California-based TechSpan Inc will merge with US-based Headstrong. While no details of the deal are available, sources disclose that the merger will come into effect from 3rd November, 2003.
TechSpan is a privately held systems integration and consulting firm founded in 1998 by Arjun Malhotra. It has attracted venture investment by Goldman Sachs and Walden International Investment Group and boasts of collaborative solutions to address critical business and IT issues.

The merger is expected to brings together two formidable consulting and IT services companies with dual shore domain expertise.
