Toshiba intros new notebooks

New Delhi: Toshiba India has rolled out its newest range of Portege T130 notebooks.
The machine provides optimum efficiency, using the Intel ultra low voltage processor Core2 Duo ULV SU7300 (1.3Mhz 800Mhz FSB). It comes preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and uses a DDR3 memory. Toshiba Portege T130 features an energy saving LED backlit high definition (HD) screen with Toshiba Clear Super View (CSV) technology and a true widescreen 16:9 format that provides unparalleled clarity, contrast and colors.

The new offering weighs 1.76kg, and high-cap battery backup that last for 11h on a single charge. In addition, a 3-D axis monitoring system detects free falls, shock or vibration in all directions and prepares the drive head for impact, protecting data and hard disk drive.

Another important feature is a built-in web camera with SmartFace Technology. Toshiba Portege T130 offers USB sleep-and-charge port so that the user can charge the mobile phone, MP3 player or other portable electronics, even when the notebook is in turned off or in a switched off mode.

The notebook comes in red color and it is priced at Rs 50,990.
