ADVICE TO WORKING WOMEN: Extrovert
Gaur
finds meeting new people very interesting and she has always
been interacting with end-customers. Gaur advices all working women
that they should be computer literate and should also visualize
career opportunities through the internet. “I feel proud when I see
the success of any person, wherein I have been instrumental in
gaining the success. All aspiring business woman should be confident,
courageous, honest, hardworking and result-oriented. And, all working
women must improve on the family front as that too is a
responsibility and part of a woman world,” said Gaur.

She believes that performing a
balancing act is definitely a game of sacrifice. For Gaur, working in
a male dominated society has never been a hurdle. In fact, people
used to be surprised when she used to go for installation of PCs,
trouble shooting etc. Handling pressure with calmness and by
decentralizing work, Gaur is a stickler for perfection in her work
and also expects the same from all subordinates, be it male or female
in her organization. These traits are present in her daughters too.

HOBBIES: Apart from work, Gaur
loves spending time on solving puzzles, crosswords and to top it all
sudoku. She also loves cooking variety of cuisines and experimenting
with her own recipes. “To unwind, I love going for long drives with
my family. My husband travels frequently for his meetings all over
the country, and I try not to miss out and travel with him, visiting
new places,” said Gaur.
