Bill Ye has not only been allegedly accused for hitting and threatening his employee Sanjay Babalya, but also for reportedly using the racist statement ‘Bloody Indian’. Sanjay has filed NC against Bill Ye in Valiv Police Station, Mumbai and the police on their part have written the complaint for IPC Section 323, 504 and 506.

When quizzed on the same lines by The DQ Channels, Bill Ye, Director, TP-Link said, “I have never used those words for anyone and also I had not beaten and threatened any employee. I went there just to know and understand the reason of the protest”.

Kunal Raul, Country Manager, TP-Link said, “We have relocated our warehouse and some of the warehouse employees were protesting for salary hike for relocating. Bill was urging those employees who were shooting the entire scene with mobile phones to stop. The issue was not that much big. TP-Link is working and doing well in Indian market and the issue has been raised just to take down the company’s image and reputation”.
