Pritpal Singh Balhar talks how family support helped him grow in business

Starting a business is, by its very nature, a challenging endeavor, and achieving entrepreneurial success under any circumstances is a great accomplishment. But some startup founders have more obstacles to overcome than applying for a bank loan, learning how to market a product, financial issue, etc but some of them defied incredible personal odds — financial issue etc.- to start their companies and make structure things in a better way.

Pritpal Singh Balhar, owner of Skynet computers Solutions narrated the journey he covered to DQ Channels.

Initial Days

Like most entrepreneurs, Pritpal’s childhood strongly influenced his views on pursuing opportunity —but not in the way one might expect. Being a Delhite he was born and brought up in Delhi the heart of the country. Pritpal completed his graduation from Delhi University in B.com Hons. (Correspondence) and Computer course from GNIT which he studied parallel. Financial conditions failed to beat his success.

After passing his higher studies struggling in every school subject but math, Pritpal joined DSL where he gained experience for 3 yrs. After that he served in MNC called V Customers Services where his caliber promoted him to customer care executive to team leader with good salary. For several years, he bounced around among different jobs until he landed a where his wife noticed that he can very well handle the firm if ran by himself.

“I don’t have that strong financial background where I can start some venture and jump into booming computer industry,” Pritpal said. “I got hired at Aero PC network where my wife fidured out area and passion for my computer love.” “Imagine starting and growing a successful business, but how to groom it without funds and I must say family is beautiful thing and they were the one who helped me in arranging funds and initiating the journey to business, to earn, to grow and to live a life worth living.” He added.

“Initially, I started venture in the name of Skynet Computers Solutions in 2010 with over two three employees and good quality stock of accessories such as keyboards, mouse and other peripherals, narrated he.

“I had gone through the thinking of lack of funds but the motivation I received from my experience and my family turned me in man earning good numbers. Family, friends and several angles in my life helped me to develop the vision to overcome and jump into the booming industry.”

One should never give up and do not deny challenges whatever is situation as best is always out of worst Pritpal believes. “Don’t give up, don’t give in — just get back up and start rebuilding your life as quickly as possible,” he said. “If you’re having a bad day, take your right hand and put it across your heart. If it’s still beating, then be grateful and make it happen.”
