Umax announces Apus series of USB flash drives

Neoteric Infomatique announced the launch of the Apus series of USB flash
drive form for downloading, storing and transferring data between digital
devices. Measuring 15x11x9 mm weighing just about 15 gms, Apus is the smallest
USB flash drive available from Umax. It is initially available with storage
capacities of 128 MB and 256MB.

Apus plugs directly into a PC or Macintosh USB 1.1 / USB 2.0 port for safe,
fast file transfer without the need of external cables, cords or cradles. There
is no need for the user to install any software driver under Window 2000, though
older Window versions may need driver installation).

The plug-and-play series of flash drives has transfer capabilities at the
rate of 5 MBPS read and 4 MBPS of write speeds. The password protection feature
enables security of data.
