Warranty issues, no more a problem: Dell

IT partners will no more face warranty issues with Dell products and solutions. In a conference Dell gave information on changing warranty policy, so IT partners could do business smoothly. According to new policy if there is warranty gap on sale of a machine, it can be updated by just providing the invoice copy of purchase to channel account manager. In association with Cyber Media Dell organized a business conference on 27^th September at The Gateway Hotel, Pasumalai, Madurai where company gave an elaborate presentation on client commercial portfolio as well on thin client portfolio to partners.

Rajneesh De, Group Editor, Cyber Media opened the conference in Tamil language, giving it a local touch, which was concluded by Swati Mishra, RSM-South greeted partners and thanked them for growth Dell is being witnessing in past few months. She also cleared that company is looking and focusing on working with Madurai partners as it has been announced as smart city project.

J Sairam from Dell presented entire product portfolio on Client commercial side. He also explains the benefit of working with Dell and its channel friendly policies.

Thin client product portfolio was presented by Naveen Shankar from Dell. Through Thin client solution customers could get number of benefits, such as security improvement, IT resource optimization, workforce empowerment, cost management and increase in productivity.

Madurai partners were very keen and interactive during the whole session, whereas Dell also offered them several attractive proposals where they can win an iPhone 7 on the sale of 300 units of thin client solution. Audience also liked Dell partner promo program and asked questions on issues they were facing in the market.
