How your solutions help IT organizations/people?

To begin with, we are a global start-up, initially when we decided to step in to this space; we first perceived the gaps and tribulation of the ecosystem. We designed our products and solutions in a way that brings hope and lots of possibilities for our customers and channel. We are ensuring quality, performance and probability for partners. Our focus will be swift response to our customers to keep them happy and satisfied.

On larger canvas, for organizations we will help them save cost of ownership by selling value for money products, noteworthy features and performance. And our initiative is to help organizations save through one time cost unlike competition that generate recurring cost for customers/organizations.

Which companies do you consider as your competition in the Indian market?

We are a fresh breath of air, all existing brands are already there and have done well based on their performance and support from partners. There is nothing wrong with other brands, every brand creates its own space and in the process we will do the same. We bring fresh air, hope, lots of opportunities and possibilities for partners and customers. It is a big country full of opportunities; people are wise enough to choose what is right for them. Instead of wasting our time following someone, we will rather focus on adding customers keeping them happy with our offering and services.

Have you come across weak points or what challenges you face in the market?

Advertisment

Well popular brands do face challenges. In any business there are challenges and set-backs, and no one is out of the complexities of the business and we are one of them too. Being a new brand, it is an opportunity as well as challenge; we take every challenge as our opportunity as it always shows a path to improve further to overcome it. We come across various kinds of customers as any other popular brands do and we put our best efforts to educate what we can offer best. Furthermore, if customer and market is not quite wise to understand their own benefits, we believe in educating them, guiding them to avail the best.

Any tie-ups to be announced in near future?

There are few discussions going on with few prominent names. Apparently, it is still under process, it would not be right to reveal the same. But by mid 2017, we will be revealing more information for sure.

What are the business expectations and targets that you have to set out to meet in Indian and market outside India?

We have just started, brand launch in India was done on November 18, 2016, now we are focusing on setting right infrastructure instead of just jumping onto the number game, many brands just start pushing sales without having proper channel strategy or sales infrastructure and put the brand and partners in trouble. Having said that we are anticipating generating good revenue in 2017.

What are the company's future plans?

To be one of the most preferred enterprises WiFi brand, we are really working hard towards the same and moving fast.
