Why you see Numeric as an UPS specialist in India?

We strongly believe that we are really the UPS specialist in India. In terms of revenue Numeric is the 2nd top brand in India within the Legrand group. The numeric is the only brand in the group which is extremely good in products as well as in services. We have experience of 32 years and from last 24 years we experienced the stretch

and the strength. There are other brands too but no one can compare

Numeric in our UPS.

How many service centers Numeric has in India?

Today we brought 250 service centers across India wherever you

go. We have 900 field technicians, 300 people back of field. And it’s a

huge operation that we got today, a complete range right 600 volt-ampere

as it called. Whatever will be the sector you will find us in everywhere.

It can be hospital or offices. What we feel good about us is our customers are always been our own customers for long period of time.

What is the market share of Numeric?

Today if we see the whole UPS market together, we would be at around 15% of market share. But on the single phase if you take we would be above 22%. So it’s different in different products categories. Globally we will be around 15% of market share in India. 750 machines we sell in every 24hrs. So this is a skill of our operations. We have 300000 machines across 700 cities. More than one million of our systems are in use. And live installation is more than a million today. Also this year we were awarded as one of the big Indian brand in UPS. Recently in Singapore we got an award for Asia’s best employer brand.

What is the specialty of your recently launched products?

Our products have been designed with lot of technology and the other important thing

is that these products have been designed in Europe. We have recently launched ‘New KEOR series’ of three phase UPS and KEOR HP & KEOR HPE’ Which is manufactured according to Indian market and customers choice. So it’s completely fine as per Indian needs. And the main thing we are focusing on the smart cities. Which is something we have been following since last year including datacenters.

What are the main segments you are focusing on?

There are six segments as of now we are strongly focusing on. There is government, there is infrastructure, there is IT/ITES, data center, there is education and healthcare so these are the segments we are extremely focusing on apart from BFSI. And I think we have enough traction from BFSI segment.
