1. Lets talk about your strategy for 2015?

SaaS based products offer automation and ease for users to perform and manage on their own. But our approach is slightly different towards users experience. We believe in providing  personalized support/training and robust hand holding to our customers and which earn their confidence in us and build the trust factor. That is another element which makes us stand apart from other providers in the market.

3. What are going to your services or product offering?

Our product is a complete solution for performing better sales and marketing. The Relationship Cloud provides a complete view of customers; proactive recommendations and contextual intelligence that help sales & marketing professionals nurture opportunities faster and serve existing customers in a better way. Other than Relationship Cloud, it comprises everything that a sales person requires to perform his task better – Lead & Opportunity Management, Data-as-Service, Campaign Management, Forecasting & Reports along with a mobile app on ios and android platforms. The product is  offered on SaaS model and is made accessible in various subscription packages. Rolled out globally in the US and growing markets, it is readily available to enterprises of all sizes.

4. How do you look at the faster conversion and personalized Customer Experience?

The success of any CRM lies in its higher adoption rate. Personalized support/training and handholding to existing users helps create the stickiness to product and build trust factor between user and provider that ultimately leads to higher retention.

5. What, according to you, what are the major challenges in to your platform?

Some of the key challenges that we face in the contemporary set up are; most SMBs do not have a clear set of objectives which they would like to achieve through CRM. These objectives need to be listed and defined as measurable metrics.  Another prime challenge we encounter is the lack of importance given to appointing a core CRM team. It is important to realize that it is not an IT project and a specialized CRM team would be required to handle the same.

6. Any specific programs that you are coming up with?

We are coming up with lot many new and exciting features that will complement the essence of our platform with the release of our mobile app that will empower the productivity of sales workforce on the field.
