Kunal Singhal, founder and MD of Eazy ERP, in an exclusive interview with DQ Channels, talks about the company's expansion plans and the benefits of ERP solution

Launched in the year 2008, Eazy ERP provides effective enterprise software solutions to various enterprises through cutting edge technologies. It integrates Tally solutions in its ERP range of solutions for SME customers.

The system enables the manufacturers and distributors to function promptly, which will able to improve the volume of production and fulfilment of orders while reducing costs. By optimizing manufacturing and distribution operations with ERP, the companies are also be able to focus on new business opportunities.

What is the company's business strategy?

Smaller companies are looking for personalized low-cost ERP solutions. However, branded solutions available in the industry are highly rigid and fail to address the day to day

requirements of the Indian companies. ERP solutions offered by established international players are highly priced. In such a scenario, we are targeting companies which are looking forward to adopting ERP solutions to increase efficiency, manpower and comply with various regulatory guidelines.

How your solutions can help small and medium scale enterprises?

The USP of Eazy ERP is ‘Tally Integration' system that possesses 100% data synchronization with Tally. Hence SMEs need not to transform from Tally software. This unique USP of our system helps people work efficiently and easily.

Which are the verticals are going more for Eazy ERP?

Eazy ERP provides a range of solutions to serve to various domains and industry verticals. Our Tally Integrated Enterprise Software solutions have proven their mark in Foundry, Forging, Automobile, Pumps, Paints, Wires and cables and Infrastructure/Real-estate industries. Now we are adding two more verticals to it-‘Textiles' and 'Pharma'.

In addition, mainly manufacturing sectors are adopting this solution in aggressive manner. However other sectors are also gearing up. For EazyERP, its easy to convince enterprise owner to adopt ERP system for their growth in business as they need not to shift to a new platform due to its flexibility.

How Eazy ERP helps in improving an organization's performance and efficieny?

Can you tell us about cloud ERP in India? Do you think this could be a profitable solution for Indian SMEs?

Cloud ERP is the future of India due of its flexibility and cost-effectiveness. It offers extensive benefits for growth and expansion of business. Cloud based ERP can benefit customers by providing application scalability and reduced hardware costs as one doesn't have to manage hardware, software, and upgrades that reduces up-front expenses and can have greater control over integration and require local access to their data server.

Presently Indian infrastructure is not adapted to cloud ERP as major of MSMEs are not Internet savvy and don't have uninterrupted internet facility to enjoy the Cloud ERP. With new generation coming up in the sector, Cloud ERP will surely make its place.

What are the company's future plans and targets?

This year we are looking forward to expand our reach in India. Currently, we provide services to companies in North and Central India. The company will foray into South India as well. Also we are planning to add channel partners across the country. Our aim is to add atleast 2 partners from each city and with this strategy we can easily increase the number of channel partners. Currently 8 partners are working with us.

Last year we victoriously achieved our target of Rs 2 crore and this FY, we are expecting a revenue of Rs 5-6 crore.

Also with the increasing adoption of 3G and 4G devices, there is a growing demand for integrated ERP solutions. A large number of companies want to access ERP solutions on the go through their smartphones and tablets. So keeping that in mind, we will be launching mobile/tablet apps in the month of April 2014. Eazy ERP hopes to address the burgeoning demand for mobile applications with the release of version 3.0.
