Which vertical do you cater to the most and why?

Eurotech Technologies currently has a strong market share in core and advanced
technologies. We address large enterprises, software development centers, BFSI,
datacenters, apart from the small and mid-sized companies. There is a lot of
market potential, on the other side we have strong presence with the public
sector undertakings like defense, railways, ISRO, and DRDO to name a few. In the
year ahead, we want to be market leaders along with maintaining leadership in
the enterprise segment as well.

What are the growth drivers and market trends?

We are strongly committed to enhance growth in emerging markets like India.
We would like to build a strong channel base and get closer to our customers
with our best net products. The government, SEZ and large IT / ITeS companies
are driving growth since enterprises today are ready to make investments and
deploy solutions to create a robust infrastructure. Ability to support future
technologies, better management of infrastructure and compliance with
international standards are also key growth drivers. Apart from the metros, we
see a lot of demand coming from tier-2 and 3 cities. We are now gearing up for
the next phase of market growth and expansion plans in the country.

Are you facing any kind of challenges?

Yes, there is competition which none can ignore. The reseller and the SI
community especially in the tier-2 and 3 cities have fair understanding of the
local market and have technically good manpower to service the customer at the
local level. Going forward, we may see entry of some more players.

How do you tackle the competition?

Our approach has always been focusing on new ways of business combining IT
innovation and adoption. This works with large global corporations and new
generation technology companies. To build new products or services and to
implement prudent business and technology strategies in today's dynamic digital
environment is another focus area.

What are the new technologies in this space?

We are recognized for our ability to speed new products and continue to
enhance its networking, RF, audio/video, fiber and copper cables, racks and
networking enclosures, and firewire product portfolios. We provide customers and
channel partners the ability to design, implement and support leading-edge
technology solutions. Total quality commitment, good delivery and price
aggressiveness is the reason Eurotech experiences such a high degree of trust
with its customers and channel partners. The BestNet brand of products
manufactured at the plants based in China and Taiwan meet strict conservation
needs, are environmentally beneficial and adhere to all the regulatory
compliants.

What are your channel plans?

We are looking at adding more SI base from tier-2 cities. These cities have
a lot of potential in them and we are looking at expansion.
