New website for ICIT students launched in Kohima

The website for Institute of Communication and Information Technology (ICIT), Mokokchung, under the department of technical education was officially launched on July 18 by the director of technical education, Athili Kathipri, in the Directorate Office of Technical Education, Kohima. The website was designed by Er. Viketol Thol, Lecturer in computer engineering.

The link to the website is www.icitnagaland.org.in. Students will get access to important information from the site. For eg. Latest updates on examination, results, curriculum and activities of the institute all of it can be accessed from the website. On July 11, a pilot project scheme called community college based on National Vocational Education Qualification Framework (NVEQF) was also launched. This particular course which is fully sponsored by AICTE Delhi, offers one year certificate course in Information Technology with specialization course in software development.
