Wipro e-peripherals Ltd has launched EX 5400 DMP, an

all-in-one nine-pin, five-paper path dual tractor printer at 400 cps print

speed. WeP EX 5400’s five-paper paths and dual tractor feature enables multi

stationary printing. Printing at a speed of 400 cps at 10 cpi HSD, it also

prints at 340 cps at 12 cpi in draft mode. It also comes with parallel and

serial ports and can be connected to two PCs at the same time.

Apart from the draft mode, the EX 5400 has Roman, Sans Serif

and Courier fonts built-in as a standard. It also comes with a one-year print

head warranty against failure. This is subject to the use of genuine ribbon

cartridge during the period. The printer is priced at Rs 17,500.
