What routes are available for the cloud migration service providers to continue providing these services during lockdown?

That’s a great question.

There is a huge opportunity right now for service providers to deliver cloud migration services during a lockdown or shelter-in-place, but these companies need expertise and help. We understand how complex managing a migration can be, which is why we’re eager to share MigrationWiz with companies in India.

MigrationWiz is a cloud-based, fully automated migration tool that can be accessed anytime from anywhere. Because it is 100% SaaS, service providers can leverage MigrationWiz while working remotely. Its automation enables service providers to complete migrations faster than using manual methods, which allows them to take on more business. To begin the migration, all that’s needed is a public IP address, a URL or a dedicated IP address, if this is required to access a company’s email system. Once the address is securely entered into our system, the appropriate permissions are granted, and the information of the new Destination is entered, the project setup is complete and users may be added.

What is BitTitan's presence in India? What are its plans to expand its presence in India?

BitTitan currently has a presence in the APAC region, but we’re looking to increase our presence in India by growing our partner relationships and broadening awareness for MigrationWiz. In addition, we want to enable more organizations in India with solutions that will help them maintain business continuity and drive business growth.Our solutions employ automation for fast and scalable migration projects that minimize downtime and reduce errors. MigrationWiz can scale to the needs of companies ranging in size from a small or mid-sized business to a large enterprise organization.

Who are the end clients of BitTitan?

BitTitan’scustomers are managed service providers and IT professionals whose roles are typically managers or directors of IT operations. Our customers leverage our solutions to help end users adopt cloud technologies and services.
