XpertVision appoints Aditya Infotech as national distributor

Hong Kong based XpertVision, a supplier and manufacturer of PC graphic
accelerators has forayed into the Indian market and appointed Aditya Infotech as
their national distributor. With this tie-up Aditya Infotech will help
XpertVision in its focused distribution, geographic reach and top-down channel
strategies.

Meanwhile XpertVision is hoping to tap into the Indian gaming market and will
initially operate only with one distributor. The company is also planning to set
up service centers to ensure better service to their customers.

Talking about the decision to enter the Indian market, Werner C Penn, Sales
Manager, XpertVision said, "Indian consumers have shown their purchasing
power for luxurious merchandise and enthusiasm for branded consuming
electronics. XpertVision is here to cater to the demands of enthusiastic gamers
with better and affordable technologies."

Elaborating on the company's strategy for the Indian market Penn said that
XpertVision has no plans to open any offices in India. "Initially, we will
work with Aditya Infotech and leverage on their geographic reach to expand our
own. In addition to this we will also set up service centers to provide faster
and better services," he added.

Talking about the challenges ahead, Penn elaborated, "Though XpertVision
has gained great brand image and reputation in Europe, it is a new brand in
India. Firstly we will look to build up a brand image and while dealing with a
price-sensitive market, target the entry-level product segment. Secondly we will
also promote XpertVision products and provide good RMA service, not only for
Class A & B cities but also to Class C & D cities. We are going to grow
together with Aditya Infotech and target the Indian gamers."

Sharing his thoughts Yogesh Dutta, Country Manager, Aditya Infotech said,
"We have a pan India presence with 25 offices spread across the country. We
will make XpertVision products available in almost all the retail outlets like
E-Zone, Reliance etc. This will further yield higher profits for us."
